The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions, whether it was recommending local attractions or promptly addressing practical needs. The room was clean and cozy. Despite its compact size, everything was arranged to provide maximum comfort. It included all the essentials: a comfortable bed, a workspace, and excellent lighting. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — even in the bustling city center, the room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's location deserves special praise. It is conveniently close to Vienna's main attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Nearby, there are also cafes, shops, and charming restaurants. Breakfast at Ibis was delightful, with fresh pastries and fruits that were both delicious and of high quality. A highlight of my trip was the very welcome air conditioning throughout the hotel and also the tap water was safe to drink which was excellent when filling up water daily. Lift access to all areas which was very appreciated after lots of walking. Staff at breakfast always greeted a guest with a smile but also were helpful and friendly. On my last day, I enjoyed the customer service of the woman on reception as she was very helpful assisting me to store my luggage.

Good location - there are several metro stations nearby that allow you to get to the main points of interest. There are two good grocery stores nearby if you want to buy food or drinks.

Our stay at the hotel was completed in the best way possible. Good value for the money, nice rooms and hotel is really close to the city center. Excelent and polite staff, clean and spacious room. The room had a good quality AC and space for storage everywhere, large surface in the bathroom too. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great and you could make yourself fresh waffels! I think this can be a comfortable place for staying a week.
