Ibis Wien Messe

I was extremely satisfied with both the staff and the accommodations. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions, whether it was recommending local attractions or promptly addressing practical needs. The room was clean and cozy. Despite its compact size, everything was arranged to provide maximum comfort. It included all the essentials: a comfortable bed, a workspace, and excellent lighting. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — even in the bustling city center, the room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's location deserves special praise. It is conveniently close to Vienna's main attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Nearby, there are also cafes, shops, and charming restaurants. Breakfast at Ibis was delightful, with fresh pastries and fruits that were both delicious and of high quality. Excelent and polite staff, clean and spacious room. The room had a good quality AC and space for storage everywhere, large surface in the bathroom too. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great and you could make yourself fresh waffels! I think this can be a comfortable place for staying a week.

location very convenient, close to metro stations and Parter Park, easy access from the airport by train, room quite spacious, comfortable beds, old design but clean (and cleaned daily); we were able to leave our luggage before check-in which was very convenient

The staff is very friendly, we had a problem with the sink in the room, and as it was Sunday and the handyman was not available, we got a replacement room. Our stay at the hotel was completed in the best way possible. Good value for the money, nice rooms and hotel is really close to the city center. Good connection using public transport to all parts of the city.

The room was very good - comfortable bed, extra blanket, clean. I was satisfied with the breakfast, a good selection of options - cheese, meat, vegetables, fruits, the possibility to make waffles. Good location - there are several metro stations nearby that allow you to get to the main points of interest. There are two good grocery stores nearby if you want to buy food or drinks.
